| If any new item that we supply appears to be faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly refund or exchange the item for you (subject to availability). Please note that all our items are packaged securely and have been quality controlled before dispatch; therefore, processing a refund may take up to 5 working days due to the investigation process.
All pre-owned items (except watches which have there own means tested guarantees) are sold as seen and as such are covered by no warranty unless specifically referred to in the items description.

Other Reasons for Return:
If the item is not faulty or damaged and you have another valid reason for requiring a return, then please contact us again, within 5 days of receipt so we can advise you fully of the process. If you do not contact us and return the item within the 5 day period or at any point after this time, you may not be eligible for a refund / exchange. If you have requested a special order or it is a pre-owned item and this has been processed and dispatched then a refund / exchange will only be granted under exceptional circumstances (you will have to cover postage both ways if this is the case).
After Consideration:
The only way a refund / exchange will be granted under this policy, after consideration of your reason will be if the item is returned in an un-used perfect condition.

Note:
Every item that is returned is thoroughly examined by one of our watch technicians before the exchange / refund is granted. If it is determined that the item is not faulty or there is evidence of the item being incorrectly fitted / used then your request maybe declined, at which point we will exercise our right to return your item to you without further consideration.
Watch Part does not knowingly sell counterfeit watches or parts, manufacturer rejects or watches without serial numbers. All items supplied by Watch Part are guaranteed to be as per the items respective description and where appropriate are supplied in their original packaging with all supporting papers.
